Refund policy

At Petberly Store, we strive to ensure that you and your pets are fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. In such cases, Petberly Store will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
